Meet Dr. Sidney Chadwick

Hello! I’m Dr. Sidney Chadwick, and I am so excited to introduce myself and officially welcome you into this next chapter of our practice.

I grew up in Beaufort, North Carolina, which explains my deep love for the water and coastal life- it will always feel like home to me. I attended East Carolina University for my undergraduate studies, where I met my husband, Brandon. I later went on to earn my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from East Carolina University’s School of Dental Medicine.

After dental school, I completed a residency at the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville. During this time, I truly honed my surgical skills and discovered a passion for the art of rebuilding smiles from the ground up. That experience shaped the way I practice dentistry today- with careful planning, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to doing what’s best for each individual patient.

Following residency, Brandon and I settled in Greensboro with our two rescue dogs, Orville and Fallon. I’ve had the privilege of serving as a general dentist for patients of all ages, and I especially love working with children and individuals with special needs. While I genuinely enjoy the artistry of dentistry, what makes this profession so special to me is the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life. Getting to know my patients and building lasting relationships is truly the best part of what I do.

In early 2024, I met Dr. Puckett and his wonderful wife, Mrs. Taffy, and immediately felt that God had placed them in my path for a reason. Our values and philosophies of care aligned so naturally, and I knew that together we could make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. Since then, we’ve been working closely to grow our relationship, thoughtfully expand the practice, and prepare for something truly special here in little ol’ Jamestown.

I am incredibly excited to step into this new role, to care for you and your family, and to get to know each of you on a personal level. My goal is to treat every patient like family- listening closely, providing honest guidance, and helping you achieve your individual dental goals with confidence and comfort.

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband Brandon, our daughter Lydia, and our dogs, Orville and Fallon. I enjoy beach days, reading, hand embroidery, and restoring furniture- anything creative and hands-on.
